Missing tests: oci-container integration #170

It would be really nice if the nixos tests checked that the oci-container integration works, just like the systemd-based services do.

It wouldn't be too hard, I think:

Define an oci image that holds the simple HTTP server we use in the systemd one
define a podman image for it, and declare a tsnsrv service for it
wait for the podman services to be (and remain) up, then test that the tsnsrv-proxied service is reachable.
