feature request - content scrambler

I want to demo a plugin I'm selling by showing how it works on my site. But I don't want to show my customers names and data during the demo.

So I'd like to clone this site, and use your plugin to scramble the names and emails of existing customers. So this way I have a very realistic display of my plugin, but without exposing private information. Would be a bonus if the names and emails generated look somewhat real.

And I suspect this feature could also be desired for other post types as well.
