Validate connectable parameters via their JSON Schema

Right now we have just one parameter, read_timeout_sec for the image and container connectables.

Ideally we'd validate that a connectable string uses only valid parameters. This is tricky though as we need to parse the string to do so, so it likely involves inventing a JSON Schema keyword.

We also need to update the docs.
