Event segmentation splitting visually not as expected with eventBuffer

"Hello,
I have been trying to implement the option to segment events in an application using Scheduler Pro. However, I have noticed that when trying to segment an event preceded by an event buffer, the first segment is moved forward in the resource by the same amount of time as the buffer duration. The event start date and the segment start date seem to remain the same. In addition to that, when the event segments are merged back together, the event goes back to lining up with the appropriate start time in the scheduler.
I have managed to reproduce the issue in one of the provided live demos at SchedulerPro.feature.EventBuffer as per the attached files.
