Long read data?

Hello, I was wondering if this package can be used with long-read datasets?

No he don't. But I think that the search of IS inserytion is less problematic with long read data using assembly approach.

Thank you for your response @bvalot. Yes, you are right that it is simpler than short read data - but I have hundreds of inserts, so it is very time consuming to manually check for the exact insertion points in the genome!
I will keep searching :)
