The DefaultFullAccessPolicy appears as "Not recommended" when the ESNEnabled settings is disabled.

However, the guideline are to choose the "DefaultFullAccessWithNotificationPolicy" to enable the notification and not to edit the DefaultFullAccessPolicy.
