@jsstevenson do you mind if I take this issue on? I am about to create a new issue for capturing MOA prognostic data. Before doing so, I think it'd make sense to refactor how we're pulling MOA data.

Turns out that the data dump is missing their internal identifiers for variants, sources, and assertions. I think this is important information to retain. I'm going to switch back to using the REST API. We can raise a question to the MOA team to see if they'd consider storing this information in their data dump.
