Add Helm configuration for Notification content Deployer using cds add helm for kyma runtime

Currently the notifications plugin works for the CF runtime+ SAP Build WorkZone. Ideally it should work with Kyma runtime + Build WorkZone.
cds add helm generate helm chart with configurations to deploy app to kyma runtime. Currently it is missing chart for Notification Content deployer, It would be great if we can add it by default when running cds add helm

We have Notifications as part of BTP developer's guide for cloud foundry runtime: https://github.com/SAP-samples/btp-developer-guide-cap/tree/main/documentation/alert-notification and it would be good to have the same for kyma if this capability is added as part of btp developer's guide.
