Expand the seeded data for testing

Due to the limited number of seeded entries when running the tests and that the tests are run concurrently, there is a possibility that some tests become indeterministic and unisolated from each other as they read/write on the same entries.

Issue #104 partially solves this by utilizing all the seeded data to a greater extent and avoiding read and write on the same entries, but for future development where there will be a need for additional tests, the seeded data needs to be extended.
