Figure out Left and Right views before conversion? #46

I just double checked and swap_eyes appears to work. It swaps the stream outputs from FRIM. I don't see anyway this would not swap the primary/secondary left/right video channels.

Weird. Here's another thing: I looked at the MKV file that I processed in 4DXR on the Quest, which can play 3D MKV files and ISO files (it's coming soon to Apple Vision Pro), and the MKV file plays correctly in 3D! The swap eyes option is not turned on, and the Left/Right views are correct, so the MKV is not reversed. I'm running a rip of the same MKV with swapped eyes now to see if that fixes it, but previous attempts did not on other files. |

I'm converting some movies from MKV because they are long and on 2BDs each (The Hobbit Extended Editions). I am ripping them with MakeMKV, including only the languages and subs I want, merging them with Shutter Encoder, which does this without conversion, maintaining everything in the original MKV files.
When I convert, selecting only "output commands" and "Continue processing on Error", it completes the task with no issues, but the Left and Right channels are swapped.
When I convert using "Swap Eyes" the result is the same, the left and right channels are transposed.
This isn't a consistent issue, I don't think, but I haven't been able to get a proper rip of some movies, like Life of Pi and 2 of the three Hobbit movies.
Is there an app or something that can identify the left and right images in an MKV that I can look at before converting? I have no idea how to verify which track is right and which is left without looking at them visually.
