Expand subtitle languages

Prerelease v0.2.138 is building now and contains more common languages. I read your request again and realized you want the original language as the audio track. That is a little more difficult, but try this out and see if it at least works. It will attempt to set the Dutch subs and audio as the primary. If there is no Dutch sub or Dutch audio, it will leave that sub or audio as original (I hope). If this doesn't work or isn't good enough, just let me know.

There seems to be another issue with subtitles. I am getting the message 'Ger' not recognized (german subtitle abbreviated). Kinda weird and not a good reason to stop processing (or did i get it all wrong?).

I ran into issues trying to do languages. It wound up being a bit more complicated than I anticipated.
