When converting a 3D Bluray, if you do not transcode the audio to AAC, the audio gets transcoded to PCM and saved as that in the output file.
Could it be possible to have the option to passthrough the audio from the source (especially if the source is an Audio format that is supported in the container, like AC3 or eAC3 etc...)?

I believe I had to decode the audio from the source before muxing it. I can't exactly remember why. I'm not actively working on this at the moment. I'll leave this open and examine it again if I come back to it. Thank you for the feedback.
