Emulation of touch devices

Greetings,

Is it possible to emulate devices like in chrome developer mode? I'd like to make it like in Google Chrome where there is smooth scrolling, a gray circle instead of a mouse cursor, etc.

How it looks in Google Chrome:

At the moment I use this code for emulation:

So it's not very similar to how browsing a website works on a touchscreen device.

UPD:

I found a partial solution using this code:

var devTools = WebBrowser.GetDevToolsClient();
await devTools.Emulation.SetScrollbarsHiddenAsync(true);
await devTools.Emulation.SetTouchEmulationEnabledAsync(true);
await devTools.Emulation.SetEmitTouchEventsForMouseAsync(true);

So now I have smooth scrolling.

All that remains is to figure out how to change the mouse cursor to a gray circle.
