User Story Description

As a manager
I want to view all available dishes from the API
So that I can select dishes for the weekly menu

Acceptance Criteria

  • Can fetch dishes from API
  • Can view dish details (name, description, allergens)
  • Display is clear and scannable
  • Loading states are handled properly
