User Story Description

As a manager
I want to mark specific dates as days off
So that I can indicate when no meals will be served

Acceptance Criteria

  • Can mark a date as "day off"
  • Can see day off status clearly in weekly view
  • Cannot assign dishes to day off dates
  • Day off follows same date validation rules (no past dates)
