Date picker feature

Upon clicking, upcoming week will always be chosen by default. However, manager can still choose the week of his choice.

User story: "As a manager, I want to schedule menus for a specific week using a Date Picker, so I can easily plan the weekly meals.

As a manager, I want the Date Picker to automatically pre-select the upcoming week as the default option, so I don't have to manually select it every time.

As a manager, I want to be able to manually specify the start and end dates of the week, so I can adjust the schedule as needed."
