Allergy Management

User Story Description
As a manager
I want to input in a form the name of employee and allergen
So I can avoid cooking meals that have allergens corresponding to a certain employee

Steps to Follow (optional)

• Create a form with the employee name, type of allergy, name of allergen and a note
• store the input informations in local storage
