Implement a user-friendly interface for managing worker allergies

User Story Description
As a manager, I want to be able to input and manage multiple allergies for each worker, so that I can ensure that no worker is assigned allergenic dishes, and I can easily save or edit allergies for each worker.

Steps to Follow (optional)

• create a function that filters dishes containing employees allergens
• save the filtered data to use them when assigning dishes for weekdays
