User Story Description
As a Administrator,
I want to to be able to add, modify, or remove a participant or manager
So I can manage dietary restrictions such as allergens for that participant and manage current other managers

Additional Considerations

  1. Ensure there is always at least one manager so that this capability is not locked out
    • Make sure you can't remove yourself if you're a manager making edits
