What I had in mind with this idea is that "phasing" would be possible with this plugin.
Phasing is when something happens in your perspective but anyone else won't see it.
As example I made a little sketch in Paint to demonstrate what I mean.
My idea was that players start in a fantasy themed zeppelin (as spawn) and that they eventually discover that someone has sabotaged the ship, they have to jump out of the ship
as soon as possible, before the ship explodes. The player jumps, gets into the instance
and when they look up they see the airship explode. But in reality they are in an instance
which means everyone who are still in the ship are not experiencing the same as the player who progressed a bit further. I hope you get what I mean, as it would be an awesome addition for story telling.
It requires a more flexible portal setup which would make the plugin much harder to use, it requires being able to enter an instance from inside an instance, which again isn't likely to happen in the near future (Instanceception?)
Nothing wrong with the idea, it's just hard to do without making the plugin hard to use and configure correctly.

Haha, although that would be indeed an amazing feature, its not something what I tried to suggest.
Here, I have included a few images on how I had the mentioned feature in mind.
So, basically when the "phasing" is over, they go back to the real world, just on a different position. You can imagine it as frames.
I had a similar idea to this, and have been working on it w/ instances. I was also planning to just return the player to the real world, so there would be no need for instanception. The most useful features for my case would be the ability to make one-way portals, so that players can't immediately leave the instance they just entered, they'll have to find the exit portal. (or be teleported out by other means)
