Set screen on with a tap

I added a sleep schedule to my screen in order to turn it off when we are all outside the house and save some energy. Some days tho, I happen to be in home office and i would like to be able to tap on the screen and set it on to see the calendar and the to dos.
I do have a touchscreen, so maybe is there a way how to do this?

I also have a touchscreen display, that would be awesome if we can turn the screen on with a tab, for example 5 minutes
