Media Library enhancemnts

I am using the DAKboard for an elderly person at home with dementia. It is perfect, useful, relied upon and truly loved. I have a block for her family photos, coming from OneDrive, which total around 150 at the moment. I enhance the photo and add a caption area at the bottom to type in large letters who, what, where and when in relationship to that photo. But sometimes I find I need to adjust those captions and/or make other changes to a photo already on display. OneDrive works perfectly but the randomness is irritating. I know I can use Media Library, and have, but it is cumbersome to update photos already added, it does not recognize duplicates when I accidentally add the same photo again and it is time consuming. Plus, I will run out of space eventually so I am stuck now with the unwanted randomness viewing from the other cloud services.
I would like to have:

1. More storage space. I would be more than happy and thrilled to pay for that extra storage space IF -
2. A synchronization ability is added. I presently use GoodSync locally for backups and with other services via FTP to keep files up to date. Everytime I add, remove adjust or edit a file every connection I have set for that file/folder is updated immediately.
3. And I did see another request about folders, that would be a plus along with the above.
