Add "WYSIWYG" editor to Text box

We're going to use the text box for announcements internally in our company on the news screen, but there is annoying to go through a HTML editor every time we're updating the text, could we get an editor panel on the top so you can edit the text in the proper format instead of plain HTML?
I request the simple things like, text format and size etc.. See picture.
