Hi @toddjoh, This may mean that the device is having some trouble synchronizing the local clock to the time servers. This would be local to the device itself and normally resolves either automatically or by rebooting the device. We'd recommend disconnecting power and plugging it back in, make sure the internet speed and signal strength is good so that it can contact the time servers and update. Let us know if this helps. |

Hi Corey,
I've done multiple restarts including just now, and the date remains incorrect. The time however is correct.
Is there something else I can do?
Thanks
Todd

Hi @toddjoh, That is highly unusual, this can occur but normally a reboot will always resolve and allow the device to connect to the time servers. Its possible that the time servers are blocked at your location if this is a work or school network potentially. If possible see if connecting to another network helps to resolve this, if not please contact us via the support page and we can help you further: |

Hi Corey,
I've connected to a different wifi network and restarted. It still reports October 26.
I am on company wifi but the device is also connected to a ethernet as well.
Both wifi networks are used by most of our laptops and they all seem to be able to sync time and date with no issues.
We host many visitors with devices on one of the wifi networks and I have never had any one report any issues with date and time.

Date on my new v5 DAKboard CPU is wrong. how can this be changed? It's Jan 13 and the screen show Oct. 25
Newly setup DAKboard CPU shows correct time but the date is October 25 and not the correct date of January 13
The preview of the screen shows the correct date the date/time block but screen does not. I've tried deleting the block, adding new block. same result. Is there a date/time setting on the CPU? How would I access that?
