Use only one player or selected players as the media rpc

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. play a song in poweramp
  2. then play a video in youtube
  3. android pauses poweramp then Kizzy replaces the current running video/audio from another app

Expected behavior'
only the selected players can be used as the media rpc

Why would you want to show presence if that app is currently paused

well if the app did paused or another app is playing something
it should stop the presence that is not on the list of selected players

I am encountering this as well.

  1. Set app detection to enable Plexamp and disable VLC.
  2. Enable Experimental RPC.
  3. Play music in Plexamp (RPC updates as expected).
  4. Play video in VLC (RPC updates to VLC—NOT expected, as this is not enabled in app detection!)

This can be useful. I want to stop Kizzy from showing that I am playing something on KDE Connect.
