News Release Listings: Date on some listings does not match prod

What is the problem?

On the News release listing page, the date under the news release title does not match the date on production for some news items. This is probably due to a mismatch between the published (in the CMS) date versus the release date of the news item.

In the above example, the release has a date of October 15, 2024 in next-build, but it's October 11, 2024 in production. In the CMS, the latest change is October 15, but the release date is October 11.

• The Dates displayed for all the News releases on the listing page in next-build are displaying the same as the are on Prod

We need to consider the impact of draft Content timeliness standards which will "inform users about the timeliness of content by including the date of publication, a last updated date, or a last reviewed date as relevant for the content and audience".

Specifically noted for News and press releases:

• Include a publication date.
• Add an “Updated” date if the information substantively changed after it was first published.
  • A substantive change is one that impacts the information in a way that is relevant to your audience.
