User Story or Problem Statement

The CMS team needs to maintain coverage while the new team is working to hire for the help desk roles.

Coverage Schedule

  • Smaritha will take AM shift
  • Sofia will take PM shift
  • Brian and Anu will be available for backup and assistance
  • Laura is available to answer questions

Acceptance Criteria

  • CMS editors are provided the support they need (and that is in alignment with the Help Desk SLA) when submitted tickets through the help desk.
