User Story or Problem Statement

As an engineer, I need to understand expectations and requirements when on pager duty.

CMS needs to have a rotation of engineers who are supporting outages and urgent requests, so that we are not only reliant on Tim.

Steps for Implementation

• All CMS engineers (with SAC adjudication) are in pager duty
• A schedule and rotation is established across engineers, including a schedule for escalation
• Engineers partner with Tim and Edmund to understand how to address outages and urgent requests

Acceptance Criteria

• CMS engineers are on a rotation to coverage any pager duty alerts for Drupal CMS.
