Unable to Set the value in Game Settings

I am unable to disable setting such as Hatch time and stamina drain, as I am unable to set the values to 0 in the game settings tab.

So I was able to set it up to use the zero value, however when it save the fields go blank. If I do set pal stamina decrease to 0 and save. It will work, however when a change another setting and save it, the pal stamin will come back.
