Slight delay when starting track.

Did some testing with WinQuake today, and oh thank GOD the looping works, I was getting tired of having to use _inmm.dll.

Anyway, one thing I did notice was that when playing WinQuake, tracks had a slightly delayed start, so you may want to take that into account with coming up with a work around if there isn't one already.
