Implement a scrolling display mode

audio stream scrolls from right to left
height is dependent upon max amplitude of any frequency bin (display will have to auto scale to max amplitudes of any frequency bin over all history)
color is dependent upon dominant frequencies (calculations similar to 'Bitmap' display mode)
