Add more sorting/filters and info to user's ratings page

It would be nice to add sorting/filters to a user's ratings page, as well as a column for the type of thing rated, so we can e.g. filter to things rated 5*, filter to campaigns, sort oldest to newest etc. Adding the column for type also means you can quickly check what's what, as it's not always clear what something is from the title alone.
