Does S-expression support Groupby-Count, and Sum (total) functions?

It seems common that we may want to find "which Liverpool players have scored the most goals?"

player1 goals_scored game=liverpool vs A
player1 goals_scored game=B vs liverpool
groupby player, sum(goals_scored)
return argmax1

We cannot do this without a group-by (player) and count/sum on the goals they score in each match, right?
