International character sets. Extended ASCII etc

Dojo API accepts extended ASCII characters. As of 28th of April 2023 they are still causing transactions to failed. I don't have the resources to check every character that causes the issue. I suspect only standard ASCII characters fully work with extended ASCII and Unicode unsupported.

Using unsupported characters during a transaction seem to cause the transaction to fail, crashes the dojo phone app and produces errors on the admin page.

The issue was first reported to dojo in February 2023.
