- 60 grams (~1/4 cup) Worcestershire sauce
- 30 grams (~2 tablespoons) apple cider vinegar
- 30 grams (~2 tablespoons) whiskey
- 30 grams (~2 tablespoons) sugar
- 60 grams (~4 tablespoons) for pork and poultry
- 50 grams (~2 tablespoons) molasses
- 2 grams (~1 teaspoon) ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1.5 teaspoon ancho chile powder
