Marinate for at least 24 hours:
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
- Mayonnaise
- Pickled cherry peppers, drained and blended
- Blackening seasoning
- Kosher salt
Grill directly over medium heat to 185 F internal:
- Marinated chicken thighs
Serve with:
