Let sit in a colander or salad spinner to exude excess moisture:
- 1/2 pound (~2 cups) shredded cabbage mix
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
In a large bowl, combine:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons coarse black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
Dry the cabbage and combine with dressing.
Cover and refridgerate. Serve cold.
