Simplified from The Kitchn
Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp-tender:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Remove from heat, and season to taste.
