Adding Sound Support #16

As a part of the ongoing development for yehos, I've volunteered to take on adding sound support for the OS.

Considered completed when the following are achieved:

Schedule interrupt for audio
Audio schedules audio read task at the end of the interrupt and calls yield()
Set up DMA channel and point to address of audio data
Read audio data from buffer until stop command is passed
