Residual clean up after merge of old story_seeds repo

Some command-line wrappers from the old story_seeds repo, now in the story_seeds_cl_wrappers folder, need to be repaired - and in some cases out-of-repo models reintroduced - to fit the new directory structure of wtl_service.
