We currently publish our Maven artifacts only on GitHub Packages.
It requires setting up a GitHub API token, which makes things more complex than needed for users/downstream projects.

With https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/5474 we normally have things setup to publish on OSSRH / Maven Central in addition (or instead) and simplify usage.
