Example app structure does not reflect anymore what you get with 'yo electrode'

I followed the electrode Getting started documentation and it seems that things have changed quite a lot since documentation has been written.

yo electrode gave me quite different folder structure that what is described in documentation and here in example code. There is now /src directory with client and server directories. Under server directory there is no plugin or webapp directories.

So there seems to be that both documentation and this example source code needs lots of updates.
