Element desktop gets stuck on loading screen

1. Open element-desktop
   This is all logs I get:

I have the same problem on Debian Sid, it started some time in November and I ignored it until now.

Same here with Element 1.11.87 from Flathub and 1.11.89 as Snap and Apt package on Kubuntu 22.04.

My current workaround is to stick with version 1.11.85 (deb package). I just checked to make sure: the first version the problem occurs for me is version 1.11.86 (adm64).
