What Happened?

After clicking the multitasking view and switching to another window, the multitasking view icon continues bouncing for a few more seconds even though I've already entered (and exited) the view.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a few windows
  2. Click on multitasking view on the dock
  3. Switch to another window in less than like 10 seconds
  4. Notice how the multitasking view icon continues bouncing

Expected Behavior

The bouncing animation is both an acknowledgement of a click and a loading indicator: when the user presses an icon, it bounces once to indicate it's been clicked, then if the app is taking a while it continues bouncing until the app is opened.

This behavior works correctly for any other app: if an app takes 5 seconds to start, the animation correctly bounces until the app starts, then stops once the app is open.

For the multitasking view, the expectation is that entering the multitasking view means "it's now open" (entering the multitasking view itself acknowledges the click), so it should never continue bouncing to indicate as if it's still loading.
