According to @jesper-friis, the preferred reasoner to be used with EMMO has been changed from FaCT++ to HermiT.
The readme file still refers to FaCT++.

This was addressed in PR #229. Unfortunately it has been laying around unreviewed for a while...

Shouldn't FaCT++ also be removed from 'Setting up Protégé for working with EMMO-based ontologies' https://github.com/emmo-repo/EMMO/blob/master/doc/protege-setup.md
This helps especially newcomers since they otherwise try to install FaCT++ (which is no more working/needed).
Successfully merging a pull request may close this issue.
