A new logfile and report are available. Have a look at the logfile first to see if any problems were encountered during the data quality control.

Data were controlled up to 2021-12-31, this date can be changed by modifying the data_quality_control_threshold_date in governance-data/logsheets.csv (date format is YYYY-MM-DD).

1. data_quality_control_threshold_date reads the last lines that are mostly empty as described here: Data Quality Control 2025-01-01 observatory-bpns-crate#45

2. source_mat_id format as described here: Data Quality Control 2025-01-01 observatory-bpns-crate#45

3. IS to add ENA_accession_number_sample, failure, failure_comment etc.
