know how many drips happen per cindex for a specific community, to plan faucet expense
know what ratio of participants uses the faucet
see trends over time

Plot all-time stats:

x-axis: cindex
bars: # rewardded participants
line: faucet drips with reputation from cindex
mention total sum of drips in title
