Use fvm instead of flutter wrapper after moving from melos to dart workspaces #1726

The reason to use flutter wrapper was mostly because fvm wasn't compatible with melos. We should have proper fvm support after moving from melos, but we should do some research first.

NOTE: we have to check how this would change the f-droid build
