EPAM AI DIAL chat version

0.23.0

What happened?

  1. Create any custom application
  2. Create a chat based on the application (send a message there)
  3. Delete the application
  4. Return to the chat -> there is red warning instead of the input message box
  5. Click on Settings icon in chat header -> note that the warning disappears for a moment and appears again -> bug
2918.mp4

Note: you may also import any chat with not existed model to reproduce

Expected: the warning should stay, no any blinking should appear
