Things to take care of in the conversion from XML to LaTeX

• Make sure to signal lacunose lemmas in the apparatus between <lacunaStart/> and<lacunaEnd/>.
• Same for any cases of <span type="omissionStart"/> and<span type="omissionEnd"/>
• Make sure to superpose superscript and superscript text when required (see here).
• Make sure we have we have X\textsubscript{ac} and X\textsubscript{pc} (without periods, not in small caps, not in italics)
• Be careful with spacing (abbreviations, etc.): ensure spaces have the same width in apparatus and avoid sentence-spacing in apparatus
